MATENG VGM JUNIOR140 - a sturdy, heavy-duty series, slope mower (mulcher). This mower is designed for professional use, mowing - mulching tall and untidy grass, as well as small branches on slopes, roadsides, water bodies, and uneven surfaces. VGM JUNIOR140 is suitable for tractors from 50 HP (horsepower). The mower is mounted on the rear of the tractor to a three-point hitch system, driven at a speed of 540 rpm from the power take-off shaft (PTO) by a cardan shaft. The reducer transmits rotation through 4 V-belts to the cutting shaft on which the cutting hammers are mounted. The knife shaft bearings with bearing seats are conveniently and easily cleaned and replaced if necessary. The VGM JUNIOR140 mower is equipped with sturdy “T”-shaped hammers, each weighing 0.750 Kg. The cutting height is adjusted using the support roller and side support skids. The support roller has two operating positions: the cut grass is thrown behind the roller or the cut grass is thrown in front of the roller (compressed). In VGM JUNIOR models, the bearings of the support roller are installed inside it, which extends their service life. With the help of a hydraulic elbow, the position of the mower can be changed in certain directions - horizontally and vertically for the mowing surface (four hydraulic connections are required at the rear of the tractor for connection). The tilt angle is up to 50° downwards, up to 90° upwards.
