Non-food goods sold are covered by a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
If the quality of the purchased goods is not satisfactory, the buyer can claim:
- replace it with a product of suitable quality;
- a corresponding price reduction;
- remedy the defects in the goods (not valid for food products);
- refund the money paid for the product.
If the shape, size, colour, model or completeness of the purchased product is not satisfactory, and the product has not been used, is not damaged and has not lost its merchantable appearance, it can be replaced with a similar product within 14 days.
If we do not have a suitable product, the buyer can return the product for a refund.
For exchanges or returns, the buyer must submit a written request to the contact details provided, stating his/her preferences.
The request must be accompanied by the purchase document.
The goods must be returned to the agreed address.
Refunds shall be made by bank transfer to the buyer's personal account within ten working days.
Withdrawal from the contract
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale by notifying the seller in writing within seven working days from the date of delivery.
The buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract if the item has not been damaged or its appearance has not changed substantially. Changes in the appearance of the item or its packaging which were necessary to inspect the item received cannot be regarded as a substantial change in the appearance of the item.
Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, we will collect the item within fifteen days and refund the money paid for the item.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the buyer's personal account upon written request.
