This exceptional knife is a rough-forged knife with a blade made of 5CR15MOV steel (also known as 1.4116 steel), which has been machined eight times for extra sharpness and a hardness of 54-56 HRC. The long burnt wood handle with fulcrum and 18/8 steel shaft end provides excellent grip, balance and stability.
