Flail mower MATENG RFMax 250

MATENG RFMax 250 - heavy, sturdy hammer flail mower (mulcher) with hydraulic side shift, designed for professional use, cutting and mulching tall and untidy grass, small bushes and branches. This mulcher is suitable for tractors from 185HP (horsepower). Flail mower is mounted on the rear of the tractor to the three-point hitch system, driven at a speed of 540 rpm from the power take-off shaft (PTO) by a cardan shaft. MATENG RFMax 250 can also be hung on the front suspension of the tractor (1000 rpm PTO). The gearbox transmits rotation through 5 V-belts to a horizontally mounted cutting shaft, on which the cutting hammers are mounted. RFMax 250 mower is equipped with sturdy and heavy “T”-shaped hammers, each weighing 1,200 Kg. The position of the mower can be changed using a hydraulic cylinder - it can be moved sideways or horizontally (two hydraulic connections are required for connection). The cutting height is adjustable in three positions using a roller at the rear of the mower. The discharge flow of the cut grass can be directed behind or in front of the rear shaft, which further shreds the grass (mulching).
