MATENG MENASOR 220 - a sturdy, heavy-duty series of hammer mowers (mulchers), with hydraulic side shift, designed to mow and mulch tall and untidy grass, small bushes and branches. This mulcher is suitable for tractors from 50HP (horsepower). The mower is mounted on the rear of the tractor to the three-point hitch system, driven at a speed of 540 rpm from the power take-off shaft (PTO) by a cardan shaft. The gearbox transmits rotation through 4 V-belts to a horizontally mounted cutting shaft, on which the cutting hammers are mounted. Flail mower MENASOR 220 is equipped with sturdy “T”-shaped hammers, each weighing 0.780 Kg. Also, if necessary, you can choose “Y”-shaped knives (purchased separately). The position of the mower can be changed using a hydraulic cylinder - it can be moved sideways, horizontally (two hydraulic connections are required at the rear of the tractor for connection). The cutting height is adjustable in three positions by a support roller at the rear of the mower (2 cm - 4 cm - 6 cm). Flail mower MATENG MENASOR 220 has a liftable rear cover, which makes it easier to clean the blade shaft and replace the cutting hammers.
