MATENG F.US/J185 - a sturdy, heavy-duty series hammer mower (mulcher), with hydraulic side shift, designed to cut and mulch tall and untidy grass, small bushes and branches. This mulcher is suitable for tractors from 45HP (horsepower). The mower is mounted on the rear of the tractor to the three-point hitch system, driven at a speed of 540 rpm from the power take-off shaft (PTO) by a cardan shaft. The gearbox transmits rotation through 4 V-belts to a horizontally mounted cutting shaft, on which the cutting hammers are mounted. F.US/J185 mower is equipped with sturdy, heavy “T”-shaped hammers, each weighing as much as 1,070 Kg. Also, if necessary, you can choose “Y”-shaped knives (purchased separately). With the help of a hydraulic cylinder, you can change the position of the mower - move it to the side, horizontally (two hydraulic connections are required at the rear of the tractor for connection). The cutting height is adjustable in three positions, with a support roller at the rear of the mower (2 cm - 4 cm - 6 cm). F.US/J185 mower has an opening rear cover, which makes it easier to clean the blade shaft and replace the cutting hammers.
