Flail mower MATENG F.US.M185

MATENG F.US.M185 - a robustly constructed hammer flail mower (mulcher) with hydraulic push to the side for cutting and mulching tall and untidy grass, small shrubs and branches. This mulcher is suitable for tractors from 45AG (horsepower). The mower is mounted at the rear of the tractor on a three-point linkage system and is driven at 540 rpm by a PTO-coupled PTO. The gearbox transmits the torque via 3 trapezoidal belts to the horizontally mounted cutting shaft on which the cutting hammers are mounted. Flail mower F.US.M is supplied with robust "T" shaped hammers weighing approx. 0,750 Kg each. The hydraulic cylinder allows the position of the trimmer to be changed by pushing it sideways in a horizontal direction (two hydraulic connections at the rear of the tractor are required for connection). The cutting height is adjustable in three positions via a support roller at the rear of the trimmer (2 cm - 4 cm - 6 cm). Flail mower F.US.M185 has an opening tailgate which increases the flow of grass clippings. The opening of the body also facilitates cleaning of the blade shaft and changing of the cutting hammers.
